Problem type

Johnny and his friends want to venture into the abandoned house, but they find that there is a numerical lock on the front door.

Tucked inside a crack in the wall is another piece of paper. Johnny picks it up and reads it out:

This house is pretty nice. Doesn't look too shabby, but it also seems pretty old. What's great is that I got it for a pretty CHEAP price. Aside from the fact that there's always a weird mist lingering, I think that this house is pretty VALUABLE. I hope I can SELL it later on...

There was nothing after that. Confused, Johnny flipped the paper, only to see 2 words:

Capital
Length

How long was Ottawa? Johnny felt that that was an absurd question, but perhaps the words had a different meaning.

Johnny took a closer look at the lock. It only had 3 numbers. Surely they could try all 1000 combinations, right?

Your job

Help Johnny and his friends open the lock!

Maybe it's in the message. Maybe.
